Utah Licensed SBA Loan Underwriter

A company is looking for an SBA Loan Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth analysis of financial information to assist in the loan decisioning process

Present analysis and recommendations to the Loan Committee for final decisions

Collaborate with customers and third-party providers to gather necessary information for loan requests

Required Qualifications

Minimum of three to five years of underwriting experience in SBA lending or a related field

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience preferred

Strong knowledge of commercial banking credit policies and procedures, loan structuring, and cash flow analysis

Advanced working knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
