Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties to assess damage

• Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate

• Capture thorough photo documentation and complete clear, detailed reports

• Communicate professionally with policyholders and carrier partners

• Submit claim files accurately and on time

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Xactimate or willingness to learn

• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills

• Ability to complete field inspections independently

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Active North Carolina adjuster license or approved home state license
