Description - Your Role Awaits

• Conduct both routine and complex clinical laboratory tests including chemistry, hematology, and immunology in line with established protocols.
• Ensure the accuracy of results through thorough analysis, troubleshoot any errors, and carry out routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
• Keep meticulous documentation of all procedures, engage in training of new staff or students, and contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Uphold a clean and safe laboratory environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent degree in allied health with a clear path to ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Needed

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is to be acquired within a year of employment.
• Ongoing certification maintenance is required throughout your employment duration.
