Job Title : Senior Web Developer

Location : Remote

Position Type : Full-Time

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining scalable secure and high-performance web applications and solutions. As a senior member of the development team you will play a key role in shaping architectural decisions mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design develop test and deploy modern web applications using best-in-class technologies and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with UI / UX designers product managers and backend developers to create responsive and intuitive web interfaces.
  • Maintain and improve existing websites and web applications with a focus on performance scalability and usability.
  • Participate in code reviews system architecture discussions and sprint planning.
  • Ensure web applications are secure accessible and follow SEO and web standards.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends tools and technologies.

Required Qualifications :

  • Candidates should possess a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field with at least 8-

    • 10 years of relevant experience in web development including advanced certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Azure Developer

    Associate AWS Certified Developer or equivalent. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Version Control Systems : Git TFS or similar tools.
  • Certifications : Advanced certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Azure Developer Associate AWS Certified Developer or equivalent
  • Web Development Frameworks : .NET and other modern frameworks.
  • Programming Languages : HTML CSS JavaScript C# and SQL.
  • Web Technologies : RESTful APIs AJAX JSON and XML.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance : Automated testing tools and methodologies.
  • Cloud Platforms : Experience with Azure AWS or other cloud environments.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with headless CMS and JAMstack architectures.
  • Agile / Scrum experience and familiarity with project management tools (e.g. JIRA Trello).
