We are a prominent commercial electrical contractor seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety (EHS) Director to elevate our safety practices in large-scale electrical construction and renovations. Our projects span various sectors including Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Life Science, and Multifamily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee safety from project initiation to completion on large-scale electrical construction projects.
• Lead Site Safety Coordinators, ensuring adherence to safe work practices and project specifications.
• Promote a strong company-wide safety culture, encouraging self-motivation and proactive safety practices.
• Manage and enhance the Accident Prevention Program, while staying updated on pertinent codes and regulations.
• Utilize strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Apply knowledge of construction safety, preferably holding certifications like CHST, CSP, or OSHA 500.

Preferred Experience:

• 7+ years in electrical construction as a Safety Manager, Director, or in a similar capacity.
• Experience in Commercial sectors such as education, healthcare, life sciences, retail, and multifamily.
