Tax Manager

We’re looking for a Tax Manager who brings technical expertise, a passion for client service, and strong leadership skills to help guide our growing team at our client in Chandler, Arizona.
This position has a base salary of $120,000 -$150,000.



Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
• Lead client engagements and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships
• Provide strategic tax planning and consulting for high-net-worth individuals and businesses
• Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff and seniors
• Research tax issues and present findings to clients and partners
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor in Accounting, Masters in tax a plus
• CPA license required
• 6+ years of recent public accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong technical knowledge in individual, corporate, and partnership taxation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with tax research tools and tax preparation software
