Key Responsibilities

Own and refine workflows for inbound requests to ensure effective triaging and progress tracking

Coordinate cross-functional projects, creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and status updates

Curate meeting inputs into actionable items, ensuring decisions and next steps are documented and communicated

Required Qualifications

3-6+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or operations in a fast-paced tech environment

Proven track record of building or refining processes in high-growth teams

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Comfort working across time zones and with distributed teams

High ownership mindset, proactively addressing tasks that need attention
