Marriott Co-brand Marketing Senior Associate
The Marriott Co-brand Marketing Senior Associate plays a vital role in achieving new account growth targets by overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns within the Co-brand organization of Card Services, part of Chases Consumer & Community Banking group. This position focuses on developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, enhancing capabilities, and driving innovation across multiple channels. The role involves day-to-day campaign execution, strategic planning, reporting, and collaboration to optimize conversion funnels and improve targeting. You will contribute to the strategic roadmap, create test-and-learn scenarios, and work with digital teams to deliver results.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to grow accounts for the Marriott portfolio through innovation and capabilities enhancements.
- Oversee day-to-day campaign execution, planning, and reporting.
- Create and manage a strategic roadmap for marketing initiatives.
- Optimize the conversion funnel and create test-and-learn scenarios.
- Collaborate with digital capabilities teams to enhance targeting and campaign effectiveness.
