Mathnasium is seeking tutors, teachers, and educators, as well as those aspiring to enter the field, to join our instruction team. Responsibilities Include:

• Facilitating a safe, fun educational environment
• Teaching students in a 4:1 ratio
• Applying Mathnasium's teaching methods and curriculum to instruct students in grades K-12
• Assisting with math homework and test preparation
• Professionally and positively interacting with students to help them have a productive session

Requirements:

• Experience working with children ages 5-17 is preferred but not required
• Math proficiency as determined by a skills evaluation on topics ranging up to Algebra I and Geometry
• Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours a week, distributed across 3 daysWeekday availability starting at 3pm preferred but not required

Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium. Compensation: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
