Shipping And Receiving Coordinator

Location : Everett, WA Starting Salary Range : $22 - $26 / hour; depending on experience Classification : Non-Exempt Must be eligible to work in the U.S. - Sponsorship not available

Position Overview : Coordinates and tracks shipping and receiving activities for the Fabrication Group.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate deliveries and shipments, including scheduling with freight companies and tracking incoming and outgoing materials.
• Prepare bills of lading and packing lists for all outgoing shipments.
• Maintain photo documentation for all deliveries leaving the facility.
• Communicate delivery schedules and updates with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the tool and warehouse teams to align fabrication deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and Outlook Calendar for all shipping and receiving activities.
• Ensure all materials are properly ordered, received, tagged, and packaged for each fabrication delivery.
• Manage vendor deliveries, including painters, galvanizers, and inspection services.
• Coordinate short-term and long-term storage of equipment and fabrication items.
• Update and maintain delivery tracking status in internal company software.
