Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health condition and needs
• Administer medications and treatments according to physicians orders
• Monitor patients conditions and progress and report any changes
• Instruct patients and their families in proper care
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Florida
• Required 1+ yeas of experience as an LPN
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of medical terminology and equipment
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
