Position Summary:
The Childcare Account Executive is responsible for driving enrollment growth, strengthening family relationships, and supporting multiple centers with outreach, tours, and customer engagement. This role blends sales, marketing, and family support to ensure families receive an exceptional experience from their first inquiry through long-term enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
Enrollment & Sales Growth
Respond quickly to inquiries, schedule tours, and convert leads into enrollments.
Provide high-quality tours focused on curriculum, safety, teacher qualifications, and the centers value.
Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets and maintain accurate CRM/lead tracking.
Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and text communication with prospective families.
Family Relationship Management
Serve as a trusted point of contact for new and current families.
Ensure families receive consistent communication during enrollment, transitions, and start dates.
Assist center leadership with parent concerns, retention strategies, and positive family engagement.
Collect and encourage parent reviews to strengthen the centers online reputation.
Community Outreach & Marketing
Attend local events, fairs, and partner with community organizations to generate new leads.
Build relationships with local businesses, real estate agents, pediatric offices, and schools.
Distribute marketing materials and promote seasonal enrollment campaigns.
Support centers in capturing photos, updates, and stories for social media and online platforms.
Center Collaboration & Support
Partner with Directors and Area Managers to understand center capacity and staffing to meet enrollment goals.
Provide feedback on family trends, local competition, and opportunities for improvement.
Train or support center teams on tour excellence, lead management, and relationship-based enrollment.
Assist with onboarding new center leaders during transition periods to maintain stability.
Reporting & Data Tracking
Maintain accurate daily and weekly enrollment reports.
Track conversion rates, lead sources, and marketing performance.
Share insights with leadership to strengthen enrollment strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in childcare, early education, or family-focused service industry (preferred).
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with families quickly.
Proven ability to meet enrollment or sales goals.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a high volume of leads.
Ability to travel between assigned centers when needed.
Proficient in CRM systems or enrollment management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of state childcare licensing requirements.
Familiarity with curriculum programs and early learning standards.
Background in community outreach, marketing, or customer service.
