Required Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
Proven track record of executing campaigns across multiple digital channels
Strong skills in paid acquisition, landing page optimization, and lifecycle marketing
Experience with analytics and experimentation, including funnel metrics and testing
Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with minimal support
