Key Responsibilities
Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and technical reports
Collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts to gather and validate technical information
Ensure documentation complies with program standards and maintain documentation repositories
Required Qualifications
Must be a U.S. Citizen and U.S.-based
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
3-6 years of technical writing experience supporting technical or software-based systems
Experience developing documentation for complex or enterprise-level systems
Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, MadCap Flare)
