Position Overview :

We are seeking experienced and reliable Solar Installers, Crew Leads, and Electricians to support residential solar in and around Detroit. You will be responsible for providing high-quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. These roles have competitive pay with piece-rate (per-watt) compensation, plus quality and volume bonuses that reward high-performing installers. This role is ideal for installers who take pride in speed, accuracy, and quality. Residential solar experience is preferred, but not required — we provide training for candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the role.

Job Description :

• Complete residential solar installations according to project specifications, local building codes, and state of Michigan requirements.
• Perform roof-mounted solar array installations, including racking installation and module placement.
• Bend and install EMT conduit on the roof and on the exterior and interior of homes.
• Install, wire, tie-in, and commission according to the electrical plans including completing tap boxes (for crew electricians).
• Submit installation photos and documentation to online portal.
• Maintain an orderly and safe job site that complies with OSHA and company safety protocols.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners.
