Sr. Accounts Payable Processor

The Sr. Account Payable Processor will handle full-cycle accounts payable functions. This includes posting, matching, reconciliations, invoices, research and resolve problems of accounts payable issues, and data entry.

Location: Pearland Administrative Office

Department: Finance and Accounting

Job Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $42,697 - $52,744 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

Qualifications

Education

Required: High School diploma or GED from an accredited program and some college hours

Experience

Required: 5+ yrs. Accounts Payable experience or General Accounting

Special Skills

Required: Working knowledge of computers and electronic data processing: working knowledge of modern office practices and procedures. Ability to perform arithmetic computations accurately and quickly; ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; ability to establish successful working relationships; ability to work under pressure and/or frequent interruptions; ability to work with the public.

Other

Required: Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, and other employees of the organization
