DUTIES :
- Assisting patients in applying for Medical Assistance.
- Driving 100-200 mile radius of assigned area. Reimbursement for travel expenses provided.
- Entering patient homes and communicating with people to obtain patient information.
- Accurately document patient information and completing tasks in a timely manner.
- Transporting supplies to and from client facilities.
REQUIREMENTS :
Applicant must pass all background check and drug screenings prior to start. Physical Exam, PPD screening, and immunization records are also required. Minimum high school diploma or GED is also required. Proof of COVID Vaccination is required.
Work Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM
