Pastoral Associate

St. Gabriel Catholic Parish in Neenah, Wisconsin, is committed to bringing the healing grace of the gospel to those in need. The Pastoral Associate will minister in a collaborative environment with the Pastor and Staff, and will coordinate the pastoral care of persons within the parish area, including : homebound ministry, hospital ministry, prayer services at nursing homes, funeral preparation with families, parish hospitality, and liaison roles to several groups and committees that serve the area. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position. A successful candidate, in addition to being an active Catholic, will have a degree in Theology or Pastoral Care or a related field, experience in the field of pastoral ministry and care, the ability to work independently and in collaboration with others, a friendly and encouraging personality, and strong organizational and communication skills.
