A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Spanish Speaking) to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Answer daily telephone calls from members, providers, and other stakeholders
Collect information from members / providers and provide general status updates
Document all calls into the customer service module and assist with member outreach communications
Required Qualifications
Must be fluent in Spanish (speaking only is acceptable)
High School Diploma or GED
Experience using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience working in customer service
One year of related experience and / or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
