Key Responsibilities
Provide recruiting support by posting opportunities, managing applications, and tracking candidate progress
Maintain accurate records and documentation in CRM / ATS systems and prepare onboarding packets
Act as a point of contact for subcontractor applicants and coordinate with various teams to ensure compliance and readiness
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of administrative, recruiting, or customer service experience
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to handle sensitive information professionally
Proficient with basic technology (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM / ATS)
Experience in a fast-paced environment
