Job Title : Oracle CPQ Developer Location : Tuscaloosa, Alabama, 35405 Experience Required : 12+ years Employment Type : Contract Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Developer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle CPQ development, implementation, and support, with a strong understanding of business processes related to quoting, pricing, and sales configuration. Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and implement solutions within the Oracle CPQ platform. Customize CPQ rules, product models, pricing configurations, and workflows according to business requirements. Integrate Oracle CPQ with other enterprise applications, such as CRM and ERP systems. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization for CPQ configurations. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs. Document technical designs, configurations, and development changes. Support deployment activities, testing, and post-implementation maintenance. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when required. Required Skills and Experience : 12+ years of experience in Oracle CPQ development and implementation. Strong knowledge of CPQ rules, product modeling, pricing strategies, and workflow configuration. Experience with integrating CPQ with CRM / ERP systems. Proficiency in scripting, web services, and database queries relevant to CPQ development. Solid understanding of sales processes and quoting methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications : Oracle CPQ certification. Experience with Agile development methodology. Familiarity with version control systems and software development lifecycle processes.
