[job_card.job_description]Lead daily operations to meet production and sales goals. Oversee donation processing, product pricing, and floor presentation. Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with Salvation Army and OSHA standards. Deliver outstanding customer service and promote repeat visits. Resolve issues professionally and educate customers about our mission. Model kindness, respect, and care in all customer interactions. Oversee cash handling, daily deposits, and store banking procedures. Work within budget guidelines and monitor inventory levels. Track and report sales data to identify growth opportunities. Provide daily production and sales reports to Regional Leadership. Maintain open communication with Regional Manager and Command staff. Support community outreach efforts to strengthen local engagement. Interview, hire, and train store personnel. Conduct regular performance reviews and timecard approvals. Ensure staff compliance with scheduling, payroll, and operational policies. Minimum 2 years of retail management or staff supervision experience. Background in thrift, donation-based, or nonprofit retail preferred. Proven leadership and team-building skills. Strong communication and customer service focus. Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, payroll, Microsoft Office). Ability to lift / move up to 50 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 100 lbs). Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays. Valid Driver's License and clean MVR required. Meaningful work that makes a difference in your community.
