Job Summary and Qualifications

This position supports the mission of HCA and the Gulf Coast Division; “above all else, we are committed to the care and improvement of human life. This is realized by the commitment to put patients first, with quality, respect, safety and teamwork in all interactions with every patient, family, staff member, physician and the public.

To perform daily operations of the Quality Management Program and be accountable for supporting the Facility Vice President of Quality and / or Quality Director in providing an integrated framework for monitoring and evaluating quality of care

What you will do in this role :

  • Ability to analyze, trend, and implement process improvement tactics to achieve quality goals.
  • Ability to multi-task, attention to details and able to resolve problems independently.
  • Able to facilitate meetings and focus groups either in person or via Webex to communicate with and disseminate information to key stake holders specific to projects.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, Microsoft, Word, Excel and other database applications and presentation software applications.
  • What qualifications you will need :

  • (RN) Registered Nurse
  • Associate Degree
  • 1 year or more RN acute experience - critical care experience is preferred
