Farmers Insurance District 50-05 is excited to grow in Daphne and Eastern Shore communities. This hybrid position lets you build your career close to home while receiving direct training and mentorship from our district office in Mobile. Backed by over 95 years of Farmers® leadership and the University of Farmers® training program, we give you the resources and support to succeed in insurance sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serve families and businesses across Daphne and the Eastern Shore.

• Learn to market and sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial products.

• Complete training and mentorship sessions at the Mobile district office.

• Prospect and engage with potential clients through networking and referrals.

• Provide professional customer support and policy service.

Requirements

• Alabama Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses (or willingness to obtain – sponsorship available).

• Background in customer service or sales preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
