The Ideal candidate possess the desire and skillset to expand the role / responsibilities of this position into a future Executive Level Position.
Reporting directly to the Managing Partner(s), the responsibilities include preparation and analysis of monthly and annual corporate financial statements. At a minimum these will include Balance Sheet, Income (P&L) Statement, Report of Cash Flow, and Forecast to Actual Comparisons. Accounting transactional functions will include reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts; management of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Annual Tax Prep, assist with creation of manual reports as needed; and provide guidance / escalation support and oversight to admin / accounting staff.
HR Administration Oversight will also be a component of this role in that we use a 3rd party Payroll and Benefit firm providing payroll and benefit services, multi-state and federal employee regulatory compliance requirements.
