Sales Coordinator

Garfield Refining is a 130+year-old family-owned refinery located in Philadelphia, PA and a leader in the precious metals industry. Garfield delivers award-winning customer service to the dental, jeweler, pawnbroker, manufacturing, and death-care industries. Garfield is looking for an entry-level Sales Coordinator that will provide administrative and inside sales support that includes high-volume data entry, outbound phone calls, and lead follow-up to maintain the health of the sales pipeline in the Dental Department. This role requires a task-oriented, highly motivated person with a passion for sales and a natural desire to achieve results.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Qualifying leads through inbound/outbound calls and maintaining qualified leads in a sales pipeline
• Entering lists of data and organizing accounts to sustain a pipeline of new leads to the Dental Department
• Tracking inbound and outbound shipments
• Providing administrative support where needed
• Servicing clients and building relationships to retain business
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Updating and maintaining CRM

You might be a good fit if you (have, possess, are):

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Account Management, Inside Sales, or an Administrative role
• Task-oriented and works best in a routine
• Elite phone and in-person communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work with different types of clients
• Desire to work in a team setting
• Problem-solving skills to help resolve customer issues or needs
• Associates or Bachelor degree preferred; however, we provide comprehensive training and all candidates will be considered
