Current certification or registration as a Medical Assistant (required) At least 3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant. 4-6 years of administrative support experience. Strong computer and tech skills; ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Ability to manage multiple tasks comfortably while staying organized and professional. Location : Holland Home Corporate Office - Grand Rapids, MI
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (No weekends!)

You'll play a key role on our Occupational Health team, primarily focused on clearing new hires for employment through health screenings and compliance checks. Your work ensures our employees start their journey healthy and ready to serve.
What You'll Do
- Greet visitors and employees, answer calls, and provide helpful information.
- Serve as a daily public presence for Trillium Living, creating a positive first impression.
- Direct callers and guests to the right person or department.
