  • Develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff members Competitive Pay :   $19.00-$22.00 / hr + credit given for experience + shift differentials + on-call bonuses Shift Differentials : 2nd Shift :   +$0.75 / hour  3rd Shift :  +$1.00 / hour  Schedule :   Flexible scheduling.

This is a pool PRN position, including rotating weekends and holidays Supportive Team :

  • We value our caregivers as much as our clients Quick Hiring :   Apply today and hear back within 48 hours   What You'll Do :    Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks throughout the community Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems Respond promptly to service requests from residents and staff Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all Positively contribute to resident satisfaction through high-quality workmanship What You'll Need : 1-3 years of maintenance experience required Requires strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English To apply, please complete the required questionnaire.
