Job Description

Neurologist – Full-Time OpportunityLocation : Ashtabula, OhioSetting : Outpatient-focused neurology practiceEmployment Type : Permanent, Full-Time (No Locums)Start Date : Flexible Clinical Details

  • Schedule : Full-time (negotiable)
  • Patient Volume : 15–20 patients / day (non-negotiable)
  • On-Call : 10 days / month
  • Patient Population : 100% adult
  • Practice Breakdown :
  • 95% outpatient
  • 5% inpatient
  • 0% rehab / 0% sleep (sleep optional if desired)
  • Trauma cases : 0–5%
  • Support Staff :
  • 1 EMG Tech
  • 1 LPN
  • Shared receptionist
  • Group Size : 50 physicians, 10 APPs
  • Procedures / Equipment :
  • EMG onsite
  • Lab & X-ray onsite
  • EMR : Epic
  • Residency Requirement : Must live within 40 miles or be willing to relocate
  • Visa Candidates : H-1B and J-1 accepted Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : Competitive (discussed at interview)

  • Sign-On Bonus : Negotiable
  • Relocation Assistance : Provided
  • Contract Structure :
  • Years 1–2 : Guaranteed base + bonus incentive
  • Year 3 : Productivity model + bonus incentive
  • CME : $5,000 annual allowance
