Job Description

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is part-time Retail Supervisors to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training retail team members and working to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures.

What will you do?

  • Supervise retail team members and complete daily operational needs
  • Educate retail team members on daily promotions and event specific details
  • Open and close retail locations as directed and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • Assist retail management with daily operations and inventory upkeep
  • Monitor store floor and assist with guests’ needs
  • Regularly evaluate, create, and maintain professional visual displays that follow merchandising standards
  • Foster a dynamic, inclusive, and welcoming work environment

    • More about you

  • Previous experience working with point of sale system required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years retail experience preferred

    • Physical requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Constant standing, lifting, climbing stairs, and repetitive motions
  • Bending, reaching, and climbing on ladders
