Our Partnership and Opportunity

OhioHealth and ChenMed are partnering to bring dedicated care for the senior population to Columbus through three new primary care practices that will serve low-to-moderate income seniors. These unique practices will look to transform care by empowering our OhioHealth Physician Group providers to focus on wellness, prevention, and frequent visits, made possible by a reduced physician patient panel. Come be a part of our comprehensive model of care that offers a coordinated approach with Specialist services, and more time with your patients in a high touch environment.

OhioHealth and ChenMed are hiring primary care physicians to join a dedicated staff focused on serving the central Ohio community.

• Hired physicians can be trained in family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatrics.
