The Developer II - SharePoint is responsible for providing technical support for issues related to SharePoint and integration and escalating issues as needed. This position also monitors platform health and manages integration between SharePoint and other systems. The incumbent collaborates with development teams and internal stakeholders for enhancements and additional feature deployment. This role is responsible for creating SharePoint process documentation and managing security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L1 / L2 / L3 support for SharePoint users, including issue triage, troubleshooting, and resolution. Provide day-to-day support of the SharePoint Online product offering with special focus on collaboration within and across departments.Manage and configuring SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, permissions, and workflows.Monitor system performance and availability; escalate issues when needed.Support integration of SharePoint with Office 365 and third-party applications. Recommend and implement new features or integrations to improve collaboration and efficiency.Handle requests for access, content publishing, and document management.Support SharePoint migrations, patching, and upgrades.Maintain documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles. Implement and enforce SharePoint governance policies. Ensure compliance with applicable Healthcare regulations.Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve complex issues.Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders regarding production issues, status updates, and solutions.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SharePoint related tools and technologies.Perform any other duties as required to ensure Health Plan operations and department business needs are successful.Qualifications
Education & Requirement
Required :
Five (5) years of experience developing and maintaining computer applications with two plus (2+) SharePoint Online Experience supporting end users with SharePoint functionality (document libraries, lists, permissions, workflows)Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and MS Teams integration with SharePointExperience in CI / CD pipelines (DevOps) and other Microsoft productsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field from an accredited institutionPreferred :
Experience in full cycle SharePoint online platform and implementationsExperience in integrating SharePoint online with other products and enterprise solutionsRelevant Microsoft certificationsKey Qualifications
Strong knowledge and understanding of the following :Technical knowledge of SharePoint Online Experience supporting end users with SharePoint functionality (document libraries, lists, permissions, workflows)Technical aspects of designing, building, and maintaining SharePoint solutionsPower Automate, Power Apps, and Office 365 integrationsThe functional responsibility of understanding business needs and translating them into effective SharePoint solutionsFamiliarity with Agile or DevOps methodologiesApplicable data privacy practices and lawsStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, collaboration, and customer service skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsHighly self-motivated and directed. This position is on a hybrid work schedule. (Monday & Friday - remote, Tuesday Thursday onsite in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.)
Schedule may adjust based on business need which may include evenings, holidays, and weekends
Pay Range
USD $104,041.60 - USD $137,841.60 / Yr.
