Cost Manager

A company is looking for a Cost Manager & Senior Cost Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Establish, track, and maintain project budgets and cost control reports

Prepare detailed construction and project cost estimates from conceptual design through final construction documents

Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely project status updates

Required Qualifications

2-10 years of experience as an Estimator, Cost Manager, or similar role

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management

Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and planning concepts

Ability to generate AACE level 1-5 cost evaluations and expertise in estimating software

Highly organized with strong analytical skills
