A company is looking for a Contracts Manager - Expert.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Request for Proposals (RFPs) and contract negotiations for vendors related to Human Resources and other areas
Establish and maintain relationships with business partners to develop and execute contracts
Manage the strategic sourcing lifecycle, including negotiations and collaboration with risk and legal teams
Required Qualifications
Strong background in category management and strategic sourcing, particularly in Human Resources spend categories
Experience supporting sourcing and contracting in India, particularly for Global Capability Centers
Proficiency in managing and negotiating product and service agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents
Ability to synthesize complex legal, technical, and business issues
Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Ariba; experience with PeopleSoft and / or Tableau is a plus
