Pay Rate : $20 - $22

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring an experienced Assembly Technician III / Solder Assembler III to join a highly specialized electro-mechanical manufacturing team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with advanced soldering skills and electro-mechanical assembly experience, particularly in medical device or high-reliability environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Assembly & Soldering :

• Assemble complex subassemblies and final units following engineering drawings and specifications.
• Perform advanced soldering techniques including SMT, through-hole, and fine-pitch soldering.
• Use precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and multimeters to ensure assembly accuracy.
• Install components, route cables, and complete chassis, panel, and system builds.

Team Collaboration :

Qualifications :

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
