IT Loan Application Support Mgr

The Loan Application Support Manager manages technology support & implementation-related activities, and provides business analysis for Commercial & Residential loan products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Loans platform.
• Interface with internal users; serve as first line of support for issues or questions.
• Provide support to Loan Closing Administration team.
• Investigate and troubleshoot problems;
• Manage relationship to software vendor.
• Manage reporting platform.
• Support & manage regulatory, risk, and audit activities.
• Propose and execute improvements to platform and processes.
• Supervise the Systems Administrator.

Requirements

• 5+ years loans technology support; both commercial and residential loans preferred.
• Experience writing business requirements.
• Ability to translate client needs into the customization of the lending platform.
• Understanding Commercial loans processing life cycle-origination, closing; servicing
• Strong experience with loan origination software essential; front-end loans origination platform is highly desirable.
• Experience with Loans Servicing systems a plus.
• Experience with core integration is preferred.
• Strong management skills, including interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Solid understanding of the latest mortgage compliance measures.
• Excellent communications skills (verbal + written).
• Bachelor's degree required.
