Description : Job Summary :

The Snow Foreperson / Supervisor will oversee and manage snow production shift employees and ensure safety, quality, and quantity standards compliance.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

• Trains and manages snow production employees on the assigned shift.
• Oversees the daily workflow and assignments of the snow event shift.
• Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.

Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn snow operations and machinery.

Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to complete reports and logs.

Must be bilingual English / Spanish

Education and Experience :

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Prior exceptional snow work experience with a snow removal company is preferred.

Valid Driver’s License.

Physical Requirements :

Must be able to traverse the job sites assigned.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.

Prolonged periods of sitting in a vehicle driving to job sites.

Ability to work in snow and blizzard weather elements.

Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and long hours during snow events.
