Security Clearance : Must meet all DHS / USCIS security clearance requirements.

Citizenship : US Citizen (MUST)

Location : Hybrid (Tentative). Work may be performed remotely, with potential onsite work in Washington, DC, pending final client confirmation.

Role Overview :

The Business Process Reengineering (BPR) III will provide expertise in modern IT business process design, focusing on cloud architecture / security, DevSecOps, and ICAM lifecycle automation.

Essential Requirements :

• Experience :
• Deep knowledge of cloud architecture and security (AWS, Azure, GCP preferred).
• Substantial hands-on work with DevSecOps development standards and automation.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, recommend, and implement changes to enterprise ICAM systems and products.
• Technical Skills :
• Ability to design workflows / processes for federal enterprise IT.
• Familiarity with technologies such as OAuth / OIDC, API authentication, privileged access controls, certificate management, and enterprise identity federation.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps-based project delivery, including user story management, code commit / release, and operational support.
• Security & Compliance :
• Must meet all federal background check and clearance requirements.
• S. citizenship required.
• Annual security, privacy, and Section 508 training compliance.
