A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DENTAL TREATMENT COORDINATOR

As a full- or part-time Dental Treatment Coordinator, you form a vital connection between our patients and our dentists. Always upbeat and friendly, you closely interact with patients and ensure they have a positive experience with our clinic. When a new patient visits our practice, you gather information about their medical history and reasons for coming in. You discuss treatment plans with our dentists and share those plans with the patient, being mindful of timelines and finances.

Tactfully, you handle billing matters and collect payments from patients. When we need to file with insurance, you promptly submit the claim and ensure all information is accurate. Eager to help, you assist your team with other office matters as needed. You love interacting with a wide range of people and take pride in being an invaluable resource for your team!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DENTAL TREATMENT COORDINATOR

• 1+ years of administrative office experience
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
