We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Transformation Manager to lead and drive strategic initiatives aimed at modernizing and optimizing our finance operations. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our finance function, leveraging technology, process improvements, and data analytics to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and strategic insights. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of financial acumen, program / project management expertise, and a passion for innovation.

The Finance Transformation Manager will be responsible for developing and articulating a clear vision and roadmap for finance transformation, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and technological advancements. This role involves leading end-to-end finance transformation programs, encompassing system implementations and process re-engineering. A key focus will be on identifying, analyzing, and redesigning finance processes (e.g., P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A) to eliminate inefficiencies, improve controls, and enhance scalability. The manager will also evaluate, recommend, and oversee the implementation of new financial technologies and tools to automate tasks, improve data quality, and enable advanced analytics with a strong emphasis on leveraging Gen AI capabilities. Strong stakeholder management is crucial, requiring close collaboration with finance leadership, IS&T, procurement, operations, and other business units to ensure successful project delivery and adoption of new processes and systems. Furthermore, the role entails developing and executing robust change management strategies, including communication plans, training programs, and user adoption initiatives, to ensure a smooth transition for finance teams. The manager will drive initiatives to improve financial data governance, reporting capabilities, and the use of analytics to provide deeper business insights, while also ensuring that all transformation efforts maintain strong internal controls and comply with relevant financial regulations and policies.

Minimum Qualifications :

• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance roles with proven experience in driving a focused transformation initiative as well as past
• Proven experience in managing, mentoring, and developing direct reports or project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• BS or BA in Business, Economics, or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications :

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $216,000 and $324,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
