What Youll Do:
As the Director of the Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology Lab, you will have 24-hour management responsibility over these critical units, overseeing approximately 25 full-time employees (FTEs). Youll ensure patient care meets or exceeds the highest standards while leading a talented team to success. Key Responsibilities Include:

• Full management of the Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology Lab
• Assuring top-tier patient care in accordance with national standards
• Collaborating with staff and physicians to ensure seamless operations and quality improvement
• Driving team engagement and development, ensuring that the best patient outcomes are met

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; Master's Degree required
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience and at least 2 years of progressive management experience
• License/Certification: Current RN license in the State of Nevada; BCLS Certification required
• Expertise in Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology is essential
• Proven leadership experience in a Director-level role at a large acute care facility

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $118,000 - $157,000
