Senior Sourcing Analyst

In this role, you will be part of the Consumer Field of Play Sourcing Team, reporting to the Kids CFoP Director. You will work closely with the Kids product creation team to support the seasonal product creation process as well as other cross-functional partners across planning and manufacturing.

As a Senior Sourcing Analyst, we're looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial person to manage sourcing and cost planning activities with the ability to focus on process improvements. The ideal candidate will provide a proactive approach to bring multiple stakeholders together and thrives in a cross-functional environment. This role is perfect for a teammate with product creation and manufacturing experience with exceptional communication skills. Having the ability to influence, collaborate, and create consensus is a must.

Requirements include:

• 3+ years' experience in sourcing; experience in planning, operations management, product creation, or manufacturing are a plus.
• Bachelors degree in business, supply chain, apparel, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
• Strategic thinking and enterprise mindset.
• Ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
• Ability to maintain a high level of integrity, remain effective in an environment of ambiguity, and have strong attention to details.
• Highly collaborative with proven ability to work with various stakeholders, both internal and external, with multiple competing priorities to create a shared vision.

You will be responsible for the Kids Sportswear field of play working with the triad to build the appropriate source strategy and ensure you execute to that strategy. You will drive profitability by defining the style level targets by working with Finance to understand the FOP targets and you will work with cross-functional teams to help drive key sourcing initiatives.

• Creating and executing the FOP sourcing strategy.
• Managing the cost planning process to ensure profitability.
• Provide project support on strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to best practices in process and operating models.
• Understand global sourcing process from strategic sourcing to seasonal execution.
