Luxury Method, a division of CoWorx Staffing, is seeking a passionate Brand Ambassador in the Los Angeles, CA area! As a key member of our expanding team, you’ll have the opportunity to be a leader in luxury, natural skincare, but to also share your love for high-performance skincare and wellness through education and sales with our partner accounts.

We’re looking for a candidate with a strong background in sales, a passion for luxury skincare, and a commitment to clean beauty. This role requires flexibility to travel within 30 minutes of your home to various store locations.

Responsibilities:

Confidently and authentically communicate the brand’s story, emphasizing natural and clean ingredients.
Educate both employees and customers on product benefits and brand philosophy.
Drive sales through personalized recommendations and hands-on product demonstrations.
Meet set sales targets while working independently in the field.
Efficiently manage a schedule across multiple store locations.
Provide support and guidance to retail partner staff.
Comfortable performing mini skincare treatments on the sales floor.
Submit detailed recaps, offering insights to enhance the customer experience

Desired Background/Skills:

Esthetician license (required)
Luxury retail sales experience (beauty or skincare strongly preferred)
Strong verbal communication and customer engagement skills
Knowledge of clean beauty and skincare trends
Confident, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable working independently and managing your time across multiple locations
Tech-savvy; able to use apps for timekeeping, scheduling, and reporting
