$515,000 to $800,000 per year

About The Position

Step into a high-earning, full-service  Otolaryngology (ENT)  opportunity in  Findlay, Ohio -serving a thriving, independent health system with a strong referral network and minimal competition. You'll join a flexible, collegial, and physician-centered practice where your voice is heard, and your schedule respects your life outside the clinic.

Position Highlights :

Comprehensive ENT care  with a broad patient base

Clinic Volume :  20-30 patients / day

OR Locations :  3 surgical sites (Hospital, ASC, and Community Hospital)

Surgical Tools :  Access to  four da Vinci® Xi Surgical Robots  + Table Motion

Support :  Full audiology team + APPs + specialty collaboration (Endo, Allergy, Neuro, etc.)

Call :  Backup only - APPs take primary

Tech & Teaching :  Mayo Clinic eConsults + optional teaching opportunities

Physician-Led Culture :  You help shape practice patterns, scheduling, and volume

Compensation & Benefits :

Base Salary Range :  $515K-$800K (plus wRVU & productivity bonuses)

Bonuses :  Sign-on, relocation, training stipends, loan repayment support

Loan Repayment :  Monthly, quarterly, or annual options

CME :  Annual stipend included

Employment :  Full-time, W-2 with 501(c)(3) nonprofit status

Qualifications :

Board Certified / Board Eligible  in Otolaryngology (within 5 years of training)

Active Ohio license  OR  Willing to obtain

Clean malpractice & licensure history  -  REQUIRED
