RN Nurse Manager - Hospital

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

Full-time permanent Nurse Manager position overseeing a 30+ bed unit with a heavy medical and wound care population. Position reports directly to the CNO who loves to mentor and groom her own leaders. Will handle day-to-day operations of the unit, professional practices and employee management, supporting the staff to meet the department goals and provide the highest quality patient care possible.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Current licensure as a RN
• Coachable and eager to grow as a leader
• Excellent communication skills
• Collaborative, team building personality style
• Med/Surg, LTAC, Skilled or Assisted Living experience preferred
• CMSRN or GERO-BC certifications a plus.
