Front Office Assistant

We also provide pediatric dentistry periodontal care TMJ dental implants implant-supported dentures hybrid dentures and sleep apnea treatment as well as some oral surgery procedures to maintain all aspects of your familys oral health.

Our dental front office associates are the heart of our practice they are the first and last impressions to be made on our patients. Our front office team plays an essential role in helping the operations of the office run smoothly and delivering best in class patient care.

Compensation Range: $18 - 20 per hour based on experience

Qualifications:

• Prior Dental Office experience - minimum 1 year required
• Prior EagleSoft experience preferred

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8AM - 5PM & Friday 8AM - 2PM - No Weekends!!

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain productive schedules for our doctors and hygienists
• Verify insurance coverage and fee schedules while completing full insurance breakdowns for patients
• Complete pre-authorizations and referrals as appropriate for patients; gather all necessary information for claim processing
• Coordinate financial agreements and consent forms for the patients financial responsibility of dental treatment
• Assist patients with understanding their treatment plan and increase dental case acceptance
• Assist with patient check-in registration and maintain patient health and dental records with strong attention to detail and adherence to HIPAA Privacy Practices
• Ensure efficient office operations including distribution/response to mail scheduling answering and returning of phone calls responding to patient billing inquiries and direction of workflow as necessary
