Position Description :

The Application Support Analysts role is to support the planning design development and launch of operations systems in support of core organizational functions. This individual will apply proven communication analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify communicate and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments. The Application Support Analyst is also responsible for assisting in the design delivery and improvement of in-house software applications training programs and related courseware.

Position Qualifications :

• College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science information systems and / or 4 years equivalent work experience.
• In-depth hands-on knowledge of and experience with enterprise and desktop applications including .
• Proven experience with troubleshooting principles methodologies and issue resolution techniques.
• Broad knowledge of programming languages and techniques including SQL / NoSQL.
• Able to develop and interpret technical documentation for training and end-user procedures.
• Knowledge of trends in technology relating to software applications.
• Security Awareness
• Experience with building and maintaining databases for query and problem tracking.
• Good understanding of the organizations goals and objectives.
• Highly self-motivated and directed.
• Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to conduct research into software development and delivery concepts as well as technical application issues.
• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
• Very strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent written oral interpersonal and presentational skills.

Essential Duties :

Physical Work Classification & Demands :

Light Work. Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally and / or up to 10 pounds of force frequently and / or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.

The individual in this position will periodically walk kneel sit crouch reach stoop read / see speak push pull lift stand and finger / type. The frequency of each action varies by workflow and office activity.

Walking - The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets office machinery boxes cabinets etc.

Constantly operates a computer and other office machinery such as a calculator copy machine phone computer and computer printer.

The person in this position frequently communicates with employees and external stakeholders regarding a variety of topics related to office administration.

Constantly computes analyzes and conceptualizes mathematical calculations and formulas.

Constantly reads written communications and views email submissions.

The person in this position regularly sits in a stationary position in front of a computer screen.

Visual acuity and ability to operate a vehicle as certified and appropriate.

Rarely exposed to high and low temperatures

Rarely exposed to noisy environments and outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind.

Compensation Range (Colorado only) :

Annual Base Salary : $84930.00 - $93870.00 USD
