Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive and strategic Sales Development Partner to fuel our next phase of growth. You'll build meaningful relationships with HR and hiring leaders through consultative outreach and pipeline development. While some inbound leads will be provided as we build our marketing engine, the real success will come from your ability to self-generate, engage, and qualify new opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Build trusted partnerships by understanding client needs and positioning our solutions effectively.
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity and sales milestone targets.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and strategy.

Who You Are

  • 3-7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, HR tech or professional services.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a "hunter" role with a consultative, partnership-driven sales style.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach, persistence, and executing with rhythm.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, plus strong relationship-building skills.
  • Familiar with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and comfortable leveraging sales tools.
