Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic this role you will be instrumental in supporting our communication efforts and helping to foster positive relationships with our clients and the community.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and dissemination of press releases newsletters and other communication materials.
  • Support the management of social media accounts by creating content and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Coordinate and plan internal communications activities and events.
  • Conduct research to gather information for communication projects and reports.
  • Help maintain the organizations website content and ensure it is up-to-date.
  • Assist in monitoring media coverage and compiling reports on communications initiatives.

    • Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for professional purposes.
  • Basic knowledge of public relations principles and practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
