Director of Sales and Marketing

Legacy House of Avondale is seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our community's outreach and growth efforts. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the experience of prospective residents and their families by showcasing the value and care our senior living community provides. You'll partner closely with our Executive Director to design and implement sales and marketing strategies that drive occupancy, build strong referral relationships, and strengthen our presence in the Avondale area.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $75,000+ per year (based on experience)

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (with occasional evening/weekend events)

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners.
• Present community services with confidence, compassion, and clarity.
• Identify market opportunities and actively engage healthcare professionals,

community leaders, and other referral sources.

• Collaborate with leadership and staff to ensure a consistent and personalized approach to outreach.

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within senior living or healthcare.
• A strong understanding of occupancy growth strategies.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and act on them.
